Most dental visits are rushed. Ours aren't. iCare Dental at IOI City Mall, Putrajaya, was built around a simple idea: you make a better decision when you're given time, honest options, and the evidence to back them up.
That starts with the consultation. It's unhurried on purpose, so our dentists can get to know your mouth, and you, before recommending anything.
It's also why we'd rather tell you to wait than talk you into treatment you don't need yet. If a child's teeth will likely straighten out on their own, we'll say so. If your case needs a second opinion, we'll give you one you can see for yourself on our on-site CBCT scanner.
So you get care worth trusting: a clinic that keeps investing in the right technology, treats every case honestly, and would rather earn your trust than rush a sale. Our team speaks English, Malay, Mandarin, and Punjabi, so you can talk through it all in the language you're most comfortable in.

Every visit starts with a real consultation, not a rushed 5 minutes. That's why we charge for it: it buys our dentists the time to understand your mouth, and you, before recommending anything.
Technology
Our on-site CBCT 3D scanner lets you see what's going on for yourself, not take our word for it. It's also why we use a Swiss EMS machine for Guided Biofilm Therapy, a gentler way to clean your teeth than scraping.
Honesty
We'd rather recommend the conservative option, or tell you to wait, than talk you into treatment you don't need. If we're not the right second opinion for you, we'll say so.
