iCare Dental (ICM) Sdn Bhd ("iCare Dental", "we", "us" or "our") is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 ("PDPA") of Malaysia. We use your personal data to:

- Provide dental consultations, treatments and follow-up care.
- Process payments and payment plans for treatment.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it only where necessary — for example, with laboratories or specialists involved in your treatment, our payment or instalment plan providers, or where required by law or by the relevant Malaysian health authorities.
4. Cookies and website usage
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising pixels. The pages you view are served as a standard static website.
5. Data security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or loss, in particular for sensitive information such as your dental and medical records.
6. Retention of personal data
We retain personal data, including clinical records, only for as long as necessary to provide your care and to meet our legal and professional record-keeping obligations as a dental practice in Malaysia.
