Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using this website or attending iCare Dental (ICM) Sdn Bhd ("iCare Dental", "we", "us" or "our") for dental services. By using our website or booking an appointment, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About us
iCare Dental (ICM) Sdn Bhd operates the dental clinic located at B1-6, Basement One, IOI City Mall, Lebuh IRC, IOI Resort City, 62502 Putrajaya, Malaysia. We are registered under the laws of Malaysia and operate in accordance with the Dental Act 1971 and other applicable Malaysian healthcare regulations.
2. Use of this website
This website is provided for general informational purposes about iCare Dental and the dental services we offer. The content on this site does not constitute professional dental or medical advice. You should not rely solely on information found here to make decisions about your dental health. Always consult a qualified dentist for advice specific to your situation.
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to disrupt its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the site at our discretion.
3. Appointments and cancellations
Appointments can be made via WhatsApp, telephone, or any booking method we make available. When you book an appointment, you agree to attend at the scheduled time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as early as possible so we can offer that time to another patient.
We reserve the right to charge a cancellation or no-show fee where reasonable notice is not given. Details will be communicated to you at the time of booking where applicable.
4. Consultations and treatment
A consultation fee applies for all first appointments with our dentists, for adults and children alike. This fee is charged on purpose: it covers an unhurried, thorough examination and an honest discussion of your options. Payment of the consultation fee does not commit you to any further treatment.
All treatment recommendations are made in the clinical judgement of our dentists based on the information available at the time of your consultation, including any diagnostic scans or records. Treatment plans may change if clinical circumstances change.
5. Pricing and payment
Prices quoted for treatments are estimates only and may vary depending on your individual clinical case, the complexity of the procedure, and whether additional work such as bone grafting or other preparatory treatment is required. A confirmed quote will be provided after your consultation and any necessary diagnostic imaging.
Payment is due at the time of treatment unless you are enrolled in an approved instalment plan. Where 0% interest instalment plans are offered, these are subject to the terms of the relevant payment provider. T&C apply.
6. Results and clinical outcomes
Results of dental treatment vary by individual case. Before-and-after images, case descriptions, and any outcome references on this website are illustrative of what may be possible and do not guarantee the same result for every patient. We will always discuss realistic expectations with you before treatment begins.
